30-Day Return
JOYTES is a customer-centric company. We wish you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
JOYTES offers a 30-day return policy. You may return non-quality products within 30 days from the date you received the package.
To ensure the return goes smoothly, the item must be unused and intact, in the original packaging. We do not accept returned products that are damaged, unclean, or altered in any way. Please include any accessories or tags that came with the product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason. Our service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions and return address.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Damage, Defective or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
If we do not receive any notification of issues with the item within 7 days after delivery, we will consider the product you received to meet the delivery standard and assume that you have no objections.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and Gift Cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
If any evidence shows that the item has been installed, or cannot be resold when we received it, we reserve the right to reject it.
The shipping fee and tax are non-refundable. Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. This means that the cost of shipping your original order will be deducted from your refund.
How to return your order?
Make sure you have read the above items. If the product meets the conditions for return, please follow the below instructions to initiate the return process.
- First of all, please email us to verify whether your return is eligible.
- When contacting us via email, please provide your order number, order date, and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return. We will respond to your email within 48 hours to let you know if your return request has been approved;
- Once you receive our return instructions, please ship the entire package to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for covering the shipping fee, so we recommend insuring the shipment to cover the risk of loss or damage while in transit;
- Please write your order number on the outside of the box;
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return. You will be notified via email whether the refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund in the form of your original payment. Please be patient, as it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Exchange
We only exchange the products when they are defective or damaged for poor quality but not for mal-operation or rough use.
If more than 30 days have passed since you received the package, you will no longer be eligible for an unconditional return. However, you may still apply for an exchange if the product has a quality issue that has been verified by us within 15 days of the date you received the package.
To facilitate a quicker verification of the quality problem, please provide the following information when contacting our customer service team:
- Your order number is from our official website.
- A clear video or photo that shows the specific problem.
- A specific description of the problem.
