Shipping Details:

The time of order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing Time and Shipping Time

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 48 working hours once payment is confirmed. When meeting on holidays or weekends, there may be a slight delay.

Shipping Time:

In peak periods like weekends, holidays, or Black Friday & Cyber Monday, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days for dispatch.

Shipping Cost: 

1) Free shipping worldwide for orders over $99.

2) For orders under $99, the shipping cost depends on the weight, size (volume & weight), delivery area, and shipping company.

Shipping Option:

1) Express shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT Express (NOTE: APO/ FPO / PO BOX addresses are NOT available for Express shipping)

2) Standard shipping: EMS, China Post, Hong Kong Post, Singapore Post, Registered Mail, etc.

Kind Notification:

 1) For some EU countries, such as the UK, France, Italy, Germany, etc. We may choose some duty-free channels for shipping. The shipping declaration value we will write lower than the actual value.

 2) When you choose a shipping channel (express or standard shipping), JOYTES will select the most suitable shipping method for your package delivery.

 3) If you have any request for a specific shipping method, please leave a note in your order.

 4) When your order is shipped, JOYTES will update the tracking number on the website. Meanwhile, you will receive an email about shipment confirmation and tracking number. You can track the status of your package via the link: https://www.17track.net

Remote Area:

If you choose the express shipping method for package delivery and your address is a remote location, an additional remote location fee (approximately $40) will apply.

Customs VAT & Duty:

Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged when the package arrives at its final destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by us here at JOYTES.COM. For further details regarding VAT and customs duties, please contact your local customs office for more information.

 Some countries may require a tax ID for shipment and in order to pass through customs in these countries you must add the customer's tax ID to the shipping label.

Delivery Address:

A complete and correct delivery address is essential. JOYTES will not be responsible for the losses of the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by customers. Once your order has been processed or shipped, the shipping address cannot be changed and your order cannot be canceled. To change or cancel the order, please email support@joytes.com within 8 hours after the order is placed.
